some sick virus attacks on my laptop spoiled my holiday mood! i'd only been battling with the virus, trying to fix it by any means, and restoring my system at the end (when i couldn't win the battle that is). grrrr... i was wondering what kinda pleasure people get out of creating these viruses and screwing others' computers and life! can't they use their super-brain somewhere else??

anyway, back to a lazy Monday and waiting for yet another long weekend!

i'd thought about it before. i'm thinking about it again. what on earth makes up feel jealous of people? it's a sick feeling! whenever i feel jealous of someone, i feel like kicking myself for doing so. you'd say that's it's normal and happens to everyone. why at all is it human?

anyway, lemme chuck this stupid thought. it's holiday season and i'm excited about the long weekend. not that we've any plans for it. just that it's a long weekend and we get a lot of time to stay together and relax.

it's sunday night and i'm already dreading monday. even when i don't have to go to work.

btw, i wonder why some people say things that they don't mean. for example, 'thanks', sorry', 'it tastes great', 'you're looking so good', 'who says you're fat?', etc. there are more but then i'd have to provide the context too so lemme not quote them here. at times, you can either be good or be honest!

guess what? i'd never thought that i'd get to see snow in Houston! but then, my wish got fulfilled and we experienced a light snow shower yesterday!! (http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/weather/2008/12/11/vo.tx.houston.snow.ktrk?iref=24hours) woohoo!! why i'm so excited is because i've seen a snow shower for the first time. could never see it in India. it was just a single day delight. it's back to sunny today!

i dunno how many of you have heard about the Korean immigrant family whose house was destroyed by a jet crash in San Diego. the guy lost his wife, two babies Rachel and Grace, aged 1 month and 15 months respectively, and his mother-in-law. the pilot ejected safely from the jet before the crash. i was touched by the humble and forgiving nature of the guy! you would expect a guy who experienced such a great loss to blame the pilot but he didn't do anything of that sort. he maintained his calm and composure and spoke to the media very humbly. he even asked the people around the world to pray for the pilot who is hospitalized. he surely has touched everyone's heart. hats off to him and God bless! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjHKxQp6BOo

our anniversary trip to Miami was wonderful. it felt like our first honeymoon. it actually was. i felt that i could spend my whole life on the beach! more than Miami, it was the time the time we spent together without worrying about work/world that we cherished!

talking about Miami, it's a magical city - beaches, babes, expensive cars, million-dollar mansions, ports, and the Atlantic ocean! i would not mind visiting it again!

back from one trip and getting ready for another one! thankfully, the weather was pleasant when we went to San Antonio and i could enjoy the splashes in sea world. nothing much to tell you about the trip so lemme tell you about the next one... ahem! we're leaving for Miami, FL tomorrow to celebrate our FIRST WEDDING ANNIVERSARY on 4th dec! yipeee!!! will be back soon with Miami story!
