    tap dancing on my roof


    guess who tiptoed
    to my roof last night?
    it was the rain
    who didn't want to wake me up
    who couldn't help but do
    a little tap dance there
    thinking that it wasn't being heard
    and i lay in my bed
    smiling to the tip-tap it did
    smelling the freshness of it
    making it think
    that it isn't being heard
